Each bracelet is either handmade or hand-finished with care.
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to prepare and package your order before it ships.
For personalized or custom-made designs, production may take a bit longer — we’ll always let you know if so.
Estimated Delivery Times
All shipments are tracked, and we ship worldwide. Timing may vary slightly depending on your location.

As we are shipping from Europe, standard shipping time to other world regions can be longer, depending on the chosen method.

Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey from our studio to your home.
Customs & Duties
International customers may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on their country’s regulations.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We always do our best to mark shipments clearly to help minimize any extra costs.

We want your bracelet to feel right — in energy, fit, and beauty.
If for any reason it doesn’t, you’re welcome to return or exchange it.
Returns
You can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unaltered, and with all packaging intact.
(We can’t accept returns on personalized or custom pieces, since those are made uniquely for you.)
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your bracelet for another style, color, or size, just reach out to us.
We’ll guide you through the quick exchange process and make sure you end up with a piece that truly feels like yours.
How to Start a Return
Send us a message using our CONTACT US form with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return address.
🌙 Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re human (and so are postal services) — but we’ll always make it right.
If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund once we’ve reviewed the issue.
